⭐ The Blessing Building Opens: A Vision Takes Flight in Odisha February 9, 2026

For one full year, we held a vision in our hearts.
We prayed over it. We talked about it. We imagined the women who would sit in those chairs.

And on February 9, 2026, that vision became reality.

The doors officially opened to The Blessing Building in Odisha, India — our new Skill Building Center dedicated to empowering tribal women through education, skill development, and income-generating opportunity.

And at the head of it all is a woman born for this moment.

It Is Her Turn to Shine

The center is led by Reena Dandensa Bagh, a powerhouse of intelligence, compassion, and leadership. With an MBA in Human Resources and postgraduate studies in World Affairs, Reena has spent years engaged in meaningful fieldwork across underdeveloped communities.

Now, she is stepping fully into her calling.

This is not just administration.
This is transformation.

Reena understands systems, sustainability, and — most importantly — people. She knows that when you empower a woman, you empower a family. When you empower a family, you transform a village.

And now she is leading twelve women into a new future.

Twelve Women. Twelve Machines. One Powerful Beginning.

This pilot program begins with:

• 12 tribal women

• 12 sewing machines

• One skilled sewing instructor

• Six months of focused training

Our instructor confidently believes that in six months, these women will be ready to step into business for themselves.

Imagine that.

Women who once had no pathway to income will now be able to:

• Support their families

• Feed their children

• Send their children to school

• Contribute economically to their villages

• Stand as leaders in their communities

They are not just learning to sew.

They are learning to rise.

The Ripple That Becomes a Wave

The Blessing Building is an extension of the Butterfly Effect Global mission — creating waves of transformation through practical, sustainable compassion.

When a woman earns income:

• Food security increases.

• Education rises.

• Health improves.

• Exploitation decreases.

• Generational poverty begins to break.
