🌍 Phase One: The Blessing Building 🌍
We’ve entered Phase One of building out The Blessing Building! The first step is constructing a boundary wall to keep away unexpected visitors—yes, even tigers and bears. 🐅🐻
This vision was born out of years of discrimination against the village people. For the past four years, villagers walked for miles to find Thabir, hoping to add their village name to the waiting list for a clean water well. If Thabir wasn’t home, they would sit on his doorstep until he returned. Sadly, their presence upset the landlord, who would yell, “Get those animals off my property; they will infect my children!”
These beautiful villagers bathed, drank, and washed
in the same dirty water, carrying with them the smell of survival—not roses. Tired of being forced to move again and again, Thabir and Reena prayed for stability. Then came the unexpected blessing: the landlord announced he was selling the building. Butterfly Effect Global stepped in and purchased the property. ✨
During our last visit to Nabarangpur, we toured the building and made plans to rent out the end unit as a sewing and learning center. What felt like an obstacle became a divine opportunity—perfectly aligned with our collective intention.
Even more inspiring, we asked the builder—who is Hindu—to hire the village people themselves to help construct The Blessing Building. This not only provides meaningful work but also empowers the very people the building is meant to serve—allowing them to take part in creating a foundation for their own future.
Soon, The Blessing Building Pilot Programs will launch, designed to create generational change and empower the so-called “backward people” to step forward into dignity, education, and opportunity.
🌊 Join us at Butterfly Effect Global as we create waves of transformation—together. 🌊
